Sneak Peek

Activity:
Learning through Play
Children learn through play, exploration, and daily routine. They build their language skills by talking and singing, strengthen their fine motor skills through arts and hands-on play, develop their social skills by using words to communicate, taking turns, and helping friends. They also grow their independence, curiosity, and confidence while discovering the world around them.
Activity:
Art and Exploration
The various art and exploration activities in the classroom help infants explore cause and effect, while reading introduces infants to the rhythm of language, new sounds, and the comfort of shared attention. By crawling through tunnels babies are encouraged to use their bodies in new ways. We often take Buggy rides around the center and it can be a peaceful way for babies to explore the world and feel part of their community.
Activity:
Diwali Lights
We use this activity to introduce the celebrations of Diwali. Because Diwali is a celebration of light over darkness, we did activities with lights and light boards where the children could explore light in different ways. The children will get to use their cognitive and motor skills to explore different colored lights.
