Learning LinksWell-Rounded Programs Nurture Your Child
Learning Experiences for Children of All Abilities
Our curriculum is play-based, developmentally appropriate, and rich in language and learning experiences suitable for children of all abilities, temperaments, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. Our low child to teacher ratios and highly qualified teachers foster an environment that supports growth through play, exploration, daily routines, and meaningful interactions with teachers and peers.
Each day our teachers promote learning by building a sense of community within each classroom, creating an environment that is inviting, safe and easy to navigate by a young child while encouraging them to become critical thinkers.
Our play-based curriculum covers different areas:
• Circle time
• Music and movement
• Language and literacy
• Math and STEM
• Social-emotional
• Sensory exploration
• Creative expression
• Outdoor learning
Serving Children Ages 2-5
All three of our centers provide preschool for children ages 2-5, and our Mountain View location also offers childcare for infants and toddlers.

CHILD GUIDANCE
Building Your Child’s Confidence
At Learning Links, we use positive guidance which focuses on building up a child’s self-regulation, self-confidence and problem-solving skills. Teachers spend quality time every day talking and listening to each child. Teachers offer choices, redirect and scaffold children at age-appropriate level and help them find solutions to problems as a community.
MEALTIMES
Promoting Healthy Relationships
Our program provides nutritious snacks in the morning and afternoon each day. The snack menu consists of fresh and wholesome foods that are rotated often. Lunch times are a particularly special time at Learning Links. Our teachers provide a relaxed environment focused on promoting positive relationships at the table and encouraging healthy habits. Families are asked to pack their child’s lunch each day.

OUTDOOR TIME
Practicing Motor & Social Skills
Outdoor play is an important part of our program. Every morning and afternoon, children have opportunities to play outdoors, explore and discover new experiences in their environment, and practice their motor, social, and language skills when they run, climb, kick, and negotiate sharing, turn-taking, and rules for games with their peers.

INCLUSION PROGRAM
Cultivating All Children’s Abilities
Learning Links Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs are designed so that children of all abilities are included in the classroom environment. We believe that inclusion, which teaches the value of diversity in the community, can be learned at an early age. Our inclusive program attends to the whole child and seeks to enrich every child’s experience.
