YuFang brings over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, specializing in Inclusion. She began her career as an early childhood special educator in both special day and inclusive classrooms at Learning Links’ very first location in Burlingame. Her early work centered on integrating NPS (Non-Public Schools) services and collaborating with SELPA (Special Education Local Plan Areas) to promote an inclusive philosophy for all children. Currently, as the Director of Inclusive Early Childhood Education at AbilityPath’s Learning Links Preschools, YuFang continues to champion inclusive approach. Passionate about her work, she believes that every child possesses unique strengths, individual differences, and distinct learning styles essential for their growth and development. She excels in building strong relationships with families, understanding that open communication is vital to supporting children’s learning and development with a strong focus on inclusion.
