As Center Director, Rona is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where children love to learn, teachers feel supported, and families feel like they belong. She has been teaching since 2010 and brings a unique blend of educational experience and leadership to her role, with degrees in Business Administration and Management, along with an educational background in Early Childhood Education. She believes the preschool years should be filled with wonder, laughter, creativity, and discovery, and is dedicated to helping every child build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Whether she’s visiting classrooms, celebrating milestones, reading stories, or partnering with families, Rona loves being part of the everyday moments that make preschool so special. She is committed to building a strong school community where every child is known, every family feels valued, and every teacher has the resources and encouragement to succeed. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her two young boys, her two beloved fur babies, and her leopard gecko, Georgia. She loves making memories with her family and feels honored to be part of each child’s early learning journey, helping them grow, explore, and thrive.
