    Mastering the Game: Leadership Effectiveness At Work, In Life and In Golf

    (1/2 day, 1 day, 2 day)

    Mastering the Game is a solution to maximize individual, leadership and team potential in the corporate environment.  The dynamic program links the #1 corporate initiative (leadership) with the #1 corporate activity (golf).

    The program is a complete solution offering pre-workshop assessment (The Hay Group ECI), a dynamic/interactive workshop and follow-up coaching to ensure behavioral change and return on investment.

    The workshop includes unique tools including the LearningLinks Emotional Spiral and Emotional Caddy. 

    It is not necessary to be a golfer t o have success in this program.  Some of our non-golfer participants are our biggest supporters!

    Mastering the Game provides organizations with an opportunity to develop a key leadership component in a dynamic, motivating environment.

     

    TEEmbuilding for Performance

    (1/2 day, 1 day, 2 day)


    TEEmbuilding for Performance provides a framework for improving the performance of your team. We utilize industry leading concepts in building teams and adapt leading-edge thinking to a dynamic experience for your team. We move your team from the hum-drum environment of a classroom to an inspiring, motivating (and fun) environment - a championship golf course! The groups achieve observable team results while applying the concepts to great golf activities.

    Your team will create a vision, focus on results, make team members accountable, identify strengths and limits, communicate clearly and establish team norms.  Acts of leadership and team cohesiveness are spotlighted. Review and analysis will send your team back to work with a plan to further improve the team over time. Assessment tools help to identify strengths and limits.

    Golf is a challenge and so is building your teams - so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!!!

    It is not necessary to be a golfer to participate and be successful in this program.

    Emotional Intelligence for Performance and Leadership Coaching

    Confidentially enhance your performance at work and in all areas of life with personalized coaching.  Behavior can only be changed through a targeted, organized coaching plan identifying specific goals and rolled out over time.

    Participants complete the online 360 degree Emotional Competency Inventory.  This robust tool assesses competency in 18 specific areas within the quadrants of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management.  Participants are assessed by an unlimited amount of raters (managers, direct reports, peers, clients, friends and others).

    A telephone coaching session helps the participant understand their results and identifies areas for improvement.  A written development plan follows the coaching session with ideas for improvement (developmental exercises, books to read, movies to watch and specific recommendations).  Coaching on the development plan follows for sustainablility.
