FAQ

Common questions about LearningLinks programs:

What’s unique about LearningLinks programming and why is it effective?

LearningLinks provides a variety of programs focusing on adding value to corporate initiatives. We offer integrated corporate learning / golf programs transferring knowledge through fast-moving activities in the classroom, on the golf course and on the practice tee. Key program concepts are reinforced & highlighted through experiential activity allowing participants to practice & test new knowledge. Our “Mastering the Game” program is a one-of-a-kind five-phase assessment and coaching program ensuring return on investment.

Is this a golf program?

No.  All of our workshops utilize the game of golf to highlight key points - but our focus is educating our participants to become more effective leaders and team players.

We do offer programs that utilize the game of golf to add value to other corporate initiatives (client events to major professional golf championships, a very unique client day or adding educational value to an employee incentive).

What programs are offered?

LearningLinks programs include customized programming in the critical corporate areas of teams, leadership, team building and our new Mastering the Game program highlighting the link between success, performance and emotional intelligence. Programs are offered in 1/2 day, one day (over one or two half days) & two-day modules. All programs also include pre-consultation to customize the content and post program follow-up. Our Mastering the Game program is a five-phase coaching program. All programs are fully customized after consultation and approval from the client on specific group needs.

For a meeting or incentive we offer a dynamic 1-3 hour presentation on performance and leadership.  The session features interactive activity, video clips, our emotional spiral and great takeaways.

Who delivers the programs?

LearningLinks programs are delivered by teams of experts in professional development, golf and facilitation.  LearningLinks Coaches give participant groups a full service experience.

Do you have to be able to play golf to participate?

No. In fact, differences in skill levels simulate team situations in corporations where experience and skill levels differ. The warm-up and golf session provides sufficient instruction to allow participation in the program activities. Those not physically able to play ride golf carts & contribute to the team’s decision making processes.

Who have you worked for?

We have successfully worked with some of the world's top companies.  Please see a partial list on our Participant Reviews page.   Reference numbers are available upon request.
