CASE 1 - East Coast Start-up

CLIENT OBJECTIVES
A small East Coast technology company with tremendous growth potential identified LearningLinks as a partner in assisting its executive team to build a common vision. Primary requirements, derived from consultation with the company included:

  • Development and reinforcement of a common vision among the executive team
  • Development of leadership and team maturity
  • Ensure a low propensity to build communication walls internally
  • Issues and challenges that arise during team development in company growth is addressed

LearningLinks SOLUTIONS
LearningLinks customized a special program within the integrated learning/golf model. We developed a two-day program focusing on the needs of the client and all aspects of a LearningLinks program (golf applications and activities and conceptual work in the classroom) were built into the delivery. The two-day program featured the LearningLinks "Main Event" where all issues and discussion points are highlighted in an interactive golf activity. Our team met the group at an resort facility on the East Coast with outstanding golf, meeting and food and beverage facilities.

Because of the nature of this senior group, this LearningLinks program offered flexibility based on the direction of the discussion over the two days and the experience of the program delivery team to modify content during program delivery.

LearningLinks followed-up with developmental plan for long-term results.

Our initial feedback (email) from the company the morning following the program highlighted the success of the program. Our contact at the company stated, "I spoke with the executive team this morning and they thought your program was phenomenal."

CASE 2 - Leading Pharmaceutical Company

CLIENT OBJECTIVES

One of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies called us to help with creating a dynamic workshop to complement their initiative of introducing Emotional Intelligence to Managers in a number of their regions.  They wanted a practical, dynamic application to further reinforce emotional competencies and complement their core program.

LearningLinks customized a solution highlighted by a one-day workshop module from the basic LearningLinks Mastering the Game model.  We integrated all of our popular Emotional Intelligence tools and built a dynamic one-day workshop to complement the work of internal HR representatives.  We followed up with one on one coaching that included a written development plan for each participant.
